Last week I used a neat feature of the SiteSell affiliate

This is where you can send an email to the people that have
signed up in your 2nd tier. Basically to give them tips and
ideas to help them (and you) make more sales.
Obviously, this is not something you want to abuse, and in

I always just figured nobody would want to bothered by me,
and if they wanted to hear what I had to say they'd sign up

2. Have you mastered the art of mini sites?

I've been a big fan of mini sites for quite some time now...
they are easy to setup, and once you get them kick started,
you pretty much leave them running on autopilot.
One such site that I created has 5 pages in it, and I'm now
getting checks of about $1,500 every 3 months. I won't get
rich at that rate, but it sure helps with paying the bills.

This isn't an affiliate program, but a special partnership
that I have with the manufacturer of that software.
There are many examples of far more successful mini sites
out there and well worth looking into.
That site I mentioned above took me about an hour to create
as most of it was copied directly from the manufacturers
website. The rest was setting up the keywords and submitting
it to all of the search engines.
I don't spend any money on advertising at all. I'm sure I
could do better if I did, but why bother?
The reason I'm telling you about this is NOT to brag, but to
show you that you CAN make decent money from mini sites.
BUT keep in mind that you have to know what you are doing.
I have done a number of these sites, and a good number of
them barely make enough to warrant keeping them online.
I just finished reading a book that has shown me exactly
where I've been going wrong with the other sites that I've
created.
One thing that I've learned since I've been online is that
you can ALWAYS learn more about any tactic you use, and
that is what happened with this book.

After reading through the book, one thing is for sure, Phil
has mastered the art of mini sites.
Phil walks you through step-by-step from start to finish of
coming up with profitable ideas, getting a domain name,
creating a simple site with simple design, and then promoting
it with as little out of pocket expense as possible.
The nice thing too is that he gives you real-world examples
of sites that he has created that are making him very decent
sums of money each and every month.
